These Terms of Service govern your use of Dialzy, operated at dialzy.org. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Where you purchase lifetime access during a launch, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for as long as we operate it, subject to these terms. Lifetime access does not entitle you to resell, sublicense, or share your account.
You agree not to use Dialzy for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes; to send prohibited content; or to interfere with the service's operation or security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing and calling regulations such as the TCPA, Do-Not-Call rules, and any equivalents in your jurisdiction and your prospects' jurisdictions. You represent that you have a lawful basis to contact the individuals on the lists you upload. Dialzy provides compliance tooling to assist you, but you remain responsible for how you use the service.
The service operates on a credit system: calls are billed per minute and voicemails at a flat rate. Campaigns pause automatically when credits reach zero. Credits and usage terms may be updated with reasonable notice.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Beyond that window, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or your compliance obligations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
